I’m going to start this out by saying that after high school, it’s all down hill for most people. Weight gain comes with drinking beer, eating nachos and stressing out about tests or projects. I’m going to follow this up with working out is not always easily feasable. Who decided that $60-70 per month was a good idea for elliptical use? Uh. NO. Also, who’s got an extra two or three hours per day to spend getting swole? (I need to find that time & take a nap- not go to the gym, am I right?) Today, we’re going to talk about Workouts For The Lazy Millennial aka, Me. These three workouts will get your heart rate up, save the trip to the gym, but still kick your ass. Comment down below your favorite home based workout!
